ICAN is recruiting for three distinct positions across different levels. Here is the breakdown:
1. Senior Officer (Chartered Accountant) – Level 7
- Service/Group: Technical / Chartered Accountant
- Category: Inclusive (Dalit)
- Number of Vacancies: 1
- Required Qualification: Must have passed the Chartered Accountancy (CA) examination from a recognized institution and obtained a valid membership from ICAN.
2. Officer (Information Technology) – Level 6
- Service/Group: Technical / IT
- Category: Open
- Number of Vacancies: 1
- Required Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology (IT) from a recognized university.
3. Senior Assistant – Level 5
- Service/Group: Administration
- Category: Open
- Number of Vacancies: 1
- Required Qualification: Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) or Class 12 (Plus Two) completion from a recognized educational board.
Selection Process & Exam Center
The selection process will be strictly competitive and fair, conducted in coordination with the Lok Sewa Aayog (Public Service Commission).
- Exam Types: Written Examination, Computer Skill Test / Practical Exam, Group Study / Presentation, and Interview.

Age Limit Criteria
- Assistant Level (Level 5): 18 to 35 years old.
- Officer Level (Level 6 & 7): 21 to 35 years old.
- Relaxation: The upper age limit is extended up to 40 years for female candidates and candidates with disabilities.
- Note: There is no age limit for current permanent employees of ICAN.
