Job Description & Minimum Eligibility Criteria
1. Deputy Manager (Level 8, Administration Group)
- Master’s degree in any subject from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience at an officer level in a government service, registered institution, or international/regulatory body, including at least 3 years of experience specifically in the insurance sector.
2. Assistant Manager (Level 6)
- Administration Group: Master’s degree in any subject.
- Law Group: Bachelor’s degree in Law plus a Master’s degree in any subject.
- Accounts (Lekha) Group: Bachelor’s in Management with Accounts as a subject and a Master’s in Accounts/Finance/Business Studies, OR a Bachelor’s degree along with a Chartered Accountancy qualification.
- CA Group: Bachelor’s degree with a Chartered Accountancy qualification.
- Actuary Group: Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, having passed Actuarial Statistics (CSI) and Actuarial Mathematics (CMI), along with three Actuarial Professional Examinations.
- Information Technology Group: Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology (or equivalent).
3. Assistant / Sahayak (Level 4)
