3. State the modern concept of conflict. How does the conflict affect the social and cultural transformation? Write logical answer. (4+6=10)

4. What are the fundamental aspects of economic diplomacy? Identify its challenges. How can those challenges be faced? Write down.     (3+3+4=10)

5. Describe in detail the role played by the private sector in the economic development of Nepal. (10)

6. Why is citizen participation considered important of development? Mentioning the existing situation of participation in Nepal, give suggestions for more effective citizen participation.   (10)

7. “Human Development is the one and only pre-condition for the overall development of a nation” Justify this statement with example. (10)



8. Write down the importance of information and communication Technology (ICT) in development process. What are the challenges of ICT Implementation in Nepal? Explain clearly. (4+6=10)

9. Identifying the present problems of disaster management in Nepal, give suitable suggestions to address these problems. (4+6=10)

10. What impacts have been occurred in environment of Nepal due to the excessive exploitation of Mahabharat Range and Chure Region? Describe. In addition, what should we do for sustainable protection of these regions? Write the measures.  (5+5=10)
