Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited is filling multiple positions permanently through an open competition. The specific positions and their minimum educational qualification requirements are as follows:

  1. Senior Manager
    First Class Master’s Degree in Management, Commerce, Public Administration, or Humanities from a recognized educational institution.
    Minimum of 8 years of authorized-level experience in banks and financial institutions.
  1. Manager
    First Class Master’s Degree in Management, Commerce, Public Administration, or Humanities from a recognized educational institution.
    At least 6 years of experience at the authorized level in banks and financial institutions.
  1. Deputy Manager
    First Class Master’s Degree with Economics as the main subject in Management, Commerce, Public Administration, or Humanities from a recognized educational institution.
    Minimum of 5 years of authorized-level experience in banks and financial institutions after obtaining a master’s degree in the category.
  1. Deputy Manager (Accounts)
    Chartered Accountancy degree from a recognized educational institution and registration with any government service or as per applicable law.
    At least 2 years of authorized-level experience in a registered company, firm, or University or Teacher Service or Nepal Chartered Accountants, an organized organization or bank and financial institution or International organization.
  1. Assistant Manager & Assistant Manager (Cash)
    Degree in Management, Commerce, Public Administration, or Humanities from a recognized educational institution.
    Graduated with a master’s degree in economics.
  1. Assistant Manager (Law)
    Graduated from a recognized educational institution in the Faculty of Law.
  1. Assistant Manager (Information Technology)
    Master’s degree in Computer, Computer Science, Communication, or Information Technology from a recognized educational institution.
  1. Assistant Manager (Accounts)
    Possession of a Chartered Accountancy degree from a recognized educational institution.
  1. Assistant Manager (Agriculture)
    Graduated with a Master’s Degree in Agricultural Science from a recognized educational institution.
  1. Senior Assistant & Senior Assistant (Cash)
    Graduated from a recognized educational institution with economics as the main subject in management, commerce, public administration or humanities.
  1. Senior Assistant (Information Technology)
    Graduate in Computer, Computer Science, Communication, or Information Technology from a recognized educational institution.
  1. Assistant & Assistant (Cash)
    Ten plus two or equivalent qualifications.

Examination Fees:

For Level 6, 7, 8, and 9: Rs. 700 for open groups and an additional Rs. 200 for each additional inclusive group.

For Level 4 and 5: Rs. 500 for open groups and an additional Rs. 100 for each additional inclusive group.


Application Deadline:

The online application form should be filled within 21 days from the start date and an additional 7 days extension.

Submission Process:

The application must be submitted online. After filling in the necessary details such as personal, family, educational, and if necessary, experience and training, the fee can be submitted through the specified payment methods.
