Section-B Marks-20

Mentioning the functions, duties and powers of the National Natural Resources and Finance Commission, what is the role of this commission in the implementation of federalism? Comment. [5 + 5 = 10]
Discuss the theoretical aspect of the rule of law and briefly write about the system related to the law-making process in Nepal. [4 + 6 = 10]
