1. सामाजिक सुरक्षाको अवधारणाबारे प्रष्ट पार्दै नेपालले अवलम्बन गरेको सामाजिक सुरक्षासम्बन्धी नीति र कार्यक्रमहरूको दिगोपना र लक्षित समूह केन्द्रित दृष्टिकोणबाट समीक्षा गर्नुहोस् । (2+8=10)

Clarifying the concept of Social Security, and review the policies and the programs of Social Security adopted by Nepal with the prospective of sustainability and focusing on targeted group.

2. सम्पत्ति शुद्धीकरण भन्नाले के बुझ्नुहुन्छ ? अवैध सम्पत्ति शुद्धीकरण अपराध नियन्त्रणको लागि के-कस्ता उपायहरू अवलम्बन गर्नुपर्ला ? आफ्ना तर्कपूर्ण भनाई प्रस्तुत गर्नुहोस् । (3+7=10)

5. वैदेशिक रोजगारी मार्फत आर्जन गरिएका सीपहरूको प्रभावकारी उपयोग गर्ने सम्बन्धमा विद्यमान चुनौतीहरूको विश्लेषण गर्नुहोस् । साथै स्वदेश फर्किएका श्रमिकहरूको सीप र अनुभवलाई नेपालको अर्थतन्त्रमा प्रभावकारी रूपमा उपयोग गर्ने उपायहरू के-के हुन् सक्छन् ? चर्चा गर्नुहोस् । (4+6=10)

7. दिगो विकास लक्ष्य हासिल गर्न आर्थिक विकास र प्राकृतिक स्रोतहरूको प्रयोगबीच सन्तुलन कायम गर्न आवश्यक हुन्छ। नेपालमा भूमि, पानी, वन तथा अन्य प्राकृतिक स्रोतहरू जीविकोपार्जन र विकास गतिविधिका आधारभूत स्रोत हुन् । तर बढ्दो जनसंख्या दबाब, तीव्र सहरीकरण र अव्यवस्थित स्रोत उपयोगका कारण प्राकृतिक स्रोतहरूको वहन क्षमता (Carrying Capacity) र दीर्घकालीन दिगोपनाबारे चिन्ता बढ्दै गएको छ ।
प्रस्तुत सन्दर्भमा, निम्न प्रश्नहरूको उत्तर दिनुहोस् । (5+5=10)
(क) नेपालको सन्दर्भमा भूमि, पानी र अन्य प्राकृतिक स्रोतहरूको वहन क्षमताको अवधारणा दिगो विकास लक्ष्य प्राप्त गर्न किन महत्वपूर्ण छ ? विश्लेषण गर्नुहोस् ।
(ख) दीर्घकालीन विकास र वातावरणीय पक्षबीच सकारात्मक सम्बन्ध स्थापित गर्न नेपालका विकास नीतिहरूले दिगो स्रोत व्यवस्थापनलाई कसरी प्रभावकारी रूपमा समेट्दै आबद्ध (Integrate) गर्न सक्छन् ? उल्लेख गर्नुहोस् ।

In Nepal, land, water, forests and other natural resources are the foundation of livelihoods and development activities. However, increasing population pressure, rapid urbanization, and unplanned resource use have raised concerns about the carrying capacity of natural resources and their long-term sustainability.
In this context, answer the following questions:
(a) Analyze why the concept of carrying capacity of land, water, and natural resources is important for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals in context of Nepal.
(b) How Nepal’s development policies can effectively integrate sustainable resource management to establish the positive relationship between long term development and environmental aspects? State.
